Jordan was a student of the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, United States, and a Waterford High School graduate.
He sadly passed on on Tuesday, the 12th of August, 2025. Although it was officially reported on Wednesday, the 13th of August, 2025.
Per tribute from individuals and groups of individuals, he made others feel valued, he was compassionate, and ambitious.
Before his sad passing, he studied business administration at the above-mentioned university. He was admired for his positivity and leadership.
A GoFundMe has been organized by William Jacobs in his honour to help the family with funeral arrangements. Per the statement from the fundraiser, he loved golf and cars.

On August 13th, we lost an incredible son, brother, and friend — Jordan Shaw — far too soon. His passing has left an unfillable hole in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
Jordan graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management and built a career as an estimator at Luca Electric. He had a gift for connecting with people: his easygoing nature made strangers into friends, and no one ever left his company without a smile.
His passions were cars and golf. He could take apart and put together almost any part of his Acura and was excited to play in the Michigan Ryder Cup for his 24th birthday this year. Jordan’s enthusiasm, kindness, and ability to bring joy to those around him will never be forgotten.
Jordan leaves behind his father, Scott, his mother, Connie, and his older brother, Tyler. In the wake of this sudden tragedy, his family is facing unexpected funeral expenses. While funeral arrangements are still being finalized, the financial burden is already significant.
We are asking for your help to give Jordan the memorial he deserves — a celebration of his life, his laughter, and the love he gave so freely. Any amount, no matter how small, will go directly toward easing the cost for his family during this incredibly difficult time.
