Texas Woman Carson Dickson ATV Accident Ends in Tragic Loss
In a sad turn of events, Carson Dickson, a 25-year-old woman from Texas who was involved in the ATV has reportedly died.
According to reports, she fought for her life for weeks before passing on. She was involved in the devastating crash atV accident during the festive period. Reports have it she was rushed to the hospital on life support.
She was reported to have no activity in the brain, meaning she was brain dead, hence, the life support. Family, admirers, lovers, and well-wishers have been encouraged by the family to visit the Baylor Scott & White in Temple if they wish to say their final goodbyes to Carson.
In other reports, the family made a unanimous decision to take life support from Carson allowing her to pass on.
The family had initially pleaded to the public, family, and loved ones to say a prayer for Carson.
Her sister, Vicki Dickson in a statement on social media wrote:
On Saturday, my 25-year-old sister (Carson) was in a terrible ATV accident. She was life-flighted to one of the top trauma hospitals where, over the past 48+ hours, has undergone multiple tests and scans that show no activity in her brain.
The miracle we are asking for specifically is that of which only our God can do- and we believe it can be done, in Jesus’ name! On earth as it is in Heaven. We are giving our girl more time, the time that she deserves. His work is not done. We are fighting and asking that our village continue to do the same. Please don’t stop praying. Round up all of your prayer warriors. Thank you again- we love you all!!
Down the line, as explicated above, the family decided to let her rest and move on to a better place.
According to the post shared on social media, they explained that they were releasing Carson to Jesus.
The statement reads:
We are releasing our sweet girl to Jesus. We have exhausted all medical intervention and left no stone unturned for her. Through so much prayer we know Carson is ready to go home. We have appreciated the outpouring of love & support more than you know. She will remain on life support through Saturday at 2pm.
May the soul of Carson Dickson rest in peace!
