Robotic Superstar Grant Imahara’s Tragic Cause of Death Shocks Fans
Grant Imahara Masaru was born October 23, 1970, in Los Angeles CA to Japanese -American parents and was single-handedly raised by his mother, Carolyn Imahara. Grant Imahara’s curiosity led him to show much interest in robotics. Grant enrolled in an engineering school at Southern California University where he began to lose sense of direction by trying to be a screenwriter but eventually dropped out.
A counsellor at his university referred him to a brilliant engineer, Professor Holman who was extremely indispensable to Grant. His guidance and knowledge have contributed immensely to Grant Imahara’s skillset and gotten noticed by top guns in the robotics industry. As a model maker, Grant Imahara has made great contributions to movies like Star Wars, The Lost World, The Matrix Reloaded, and Matrix Revolution.
Grant Imahara is best known for his works in the Myth Busters where he designed and operated many robots and machines. Grant Imahara is engaged to his long-time girlfriend, Jennifer Newman in 2016 as they began dating in 2011.
Grant Imahara’s Death Announcement
Grant Imahara died on July 13, 2020, at age 49. The cause of his death was linked to a rupture in the brain. His girlfriend’s mother, Chriseo had taken to her X account, which read “I am heartbroken tonight. My daughter’s long-term boyfriend, former fiance, and my dear friend Grant Imahara died from a sudden brain aneurism today. Many knew him as the robotics star of TV show Mythbusters. He was the sweetest, kindest, most fun loving man. I can’t stop crying”
