NYPD Officer Humiliates Suspect in Shocking Video Caught on Camera
This viral video on Twitter shows an NYPD officer pushing down a repeat offender and also humiliating him by pulling down his pants in public while trying to lock a handcuff around his wrist.
A repeat offender identified as Ernest Delma punched a female officer in her face, which resulted in a cut on her lips and pushed her to the ground.
This incident occurred when the police officer tried to intervene in an argument between the man and a group of kids.
In the process, the man hit the police officer on her face, which made her sustain a cut on her lips.
This incident has caused a mixed reaction among netizens as some people blame the police for being brutal, while some persons acknowledge the police for arresting the repeat offender.
