With the unexpected passing of John Vinson on Friday, the 5th of September, 2025, the Tallahassee community is mourning the loss of a good man.
John was indeed a warm and cheerful spirit who went out of his way to make people feel comfortable around him, albeit during tennis coaching sessions, shared fishing trips, or BBQ parties with family and friends.
His sudden passing has rendered loved ones devastated, but his generosity and honesty will always be remembered.
A memorial service to celebrate his wondrous life will be held at The Hub at Feather Oaks, where loved ones and friends will gather to honor the memories of love, companionship, and cheerful spirit that John Vinson is leaving behind.
