Joel Bradford Grayson Athlete Injured in Mall of Georgia Shooting

In the terrifying Mall of Georgia shooting on Saturday, the 4th of January, 2025 Joel Bradford of Grayson High School is reportedly injured.

According to reports, an 18-year-old, Khaden Javir Williams of DeKalb County was behind the shooting and has been detained by authorities.

According to reports, Joel Bradford could have been the target, making him the only victim in the shooting. Currently, he is receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.

The incident was recorded to have happened minutes after 9:30 pm on Saturday, the 4th of January, 2025.

According to the report, the suspect, Khaden Javir Williams of DeKalb County tried fleeing the scene before his apprehension.

Authorities have tried concealing the identity of the 15-year-old victim, regardless, we can confirm that the family of the 15-year-old Joel Bradford, who we identify as Aukesha Curry of Grayson GA has reported that their son sustained a gunshot injury in the location reported.

According to a statement released by the family on SpotFund, a fundraiser has been organized to help give the 15-year-old the best care.

The suspect, Khaden Williams according to reports has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm.
