A viral TikTok drama has unfolded with claims of Amigo Chino breaking the law, crashing cars, and evading arrest; however, this is completely false.
TikTok is buzzing with lots of questions after the now-infamous video showing Chino crashing a car into an Orangetheory Fitness in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, with claims that he caused the crash by using a brick to manipulate the car’s accelerator after he was fired from his job.

Chino has also posted clips of himself cutting off an ankle monitor, evading arrest, and fleeing to California.

These clips have left many stunned and pondering on the authenticity after a series of headlines that appear to be fake, mimicking the NBC News reports that surfaced.
Watch the vide below:
The truth is, the real owner of the Orangetheory Fitness building in Boston confirmed that the crash was just an accident caused by the car’s remote-start technology, and not an intentional act as Chinno claims in his video clips.
There is no police record of Chino being arrested, no record of an ongoing search for him, and more importantly, no ankle monitor involved. From our investigation, the viral video was created using AI and adding a pinch of dramatic storytelling technique. This was designed to spur strong emotions like anger and, most definitely, sympathy, thus encouraging people to share the video and gain virality.
Understand that the incident is not real, neither is it a noteworthy crime. Instead, it was a fake story that was carefully created and edited to look realistic.
