Social media has been buzzing after videos of the talented actor, Paul Rudd, on a stretcher with his face covered in what might look like burn injuries circulated on the internet and gained a life of their own.
The Clips shared on TikTok and YouTube made fans of the actor worried. It is important to note that Palu Rudd is perfectly fine, as the clip they saw circulating is scripted, and the dramatic “burn incident” was staged for comedian Rick Glassman’s podcast, Take Your Shoes Off.
In this podcast’s episode, the Hollywood actor, Paul Rudd appeared to suffer a hot coffe spill during a fake interview, what followed was an exaggerated, and hilarious series of events: a person treis to help by using iced coffe, Rudd falls dramatically, and then an ambulance (which by the way is also fake) arrives the scene as if it was a real emergency.
In that same episode, Paul reappeared, bandaged and somewhat not bothered, which, by the way, was also a clear sign it was all part of the comedic effect. Makeup artists and stunt performers were also credited during the interview.
So, there you have it, folks, no medical emergency, no real injury, and more importantly, no cause for alarm.
