President Biden Declares Jan 9th National Day of Mourning for Jimmy Carter

Recall that former President Carter died a week ago (29th of December, 2024) at the age of 100.

Carter’s body is expected to leave for his hometown in Plain Georgia for a private service at 3:45 p.m. EST after a public event at the U.S National Cathedral, Washington D.C.
